Returns, Exchange, Cancellation and Refund Policy

At customers enjoy a 7 days return policy, effective from the date of delivery. However, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, once they have been delivered.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased.

In case you wish to return the product, please follow the steps mentioned below.
  1. Call customer support at 1800 121 1258 or send an e-mail to to communicate about the product/products you wish to return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. On receipt of a return request, our customer service executive will guide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and initiate a pick up through our courier partner.
  3. Please pack the item in its original box and mention the RMA number distinctly on the package. Kindly hand over the package to our courier personnel with the recipient address as mentioned below.

  1. Please make sure that the products are unused and all labels/barcodes and packaging are intact.
  2. Customers can also track product returns with the help of the Air Way Bill (AWB) shipment number mentioned on the return receipt issued by our courier personnel.
For Televisions electronics, we request customers to obtain a DOA (Dead On Arrival) certificate from the respective service centre before sending as return to us. If it is found to be DOA by the service centre then such product will be replaced by the service centre itself.

If the service centre is not replacing, then the customer has to inform us. Customer will be required to send DOA certificate along with the product. For other items, if they are in a damaged or defective state, we would request you to take pictures of the product and share those with us. After review with our quality team, we would process either a refund or a replacement of the exact item.

In cases where the return period gets lapsed then the customer is required to get in touch with the product’s manufacturer directly for initiating a full replacement and resolving of the issue via. manufacturer defined warranty policy.

Please take the product to the nearest authorized service centre within 7 days (for Telivisions and electronics) of delivery date. The service centre will check the product and either repair it to your satisfaction or declare the product as DOA and issue a DOA certificate to you. Customer needs to share the details of the DOA certificate for us to arrange a pickup of the defective product. The DOA certificate issued by the service centre will have to be mandatorily handed over at the time of pickup. After the product and the DOA certificate reaches our fulfilment centre, we will check and ship the new product at the earliest. Getting the replacement usually takes 7 to 10 working days from the date of receipt of the DOA certificate.

At, all returns are processed on receipt of return/exchange requests. We offer refunds only if the product delivered is defective or in a situation, where we are unable to offer a product replacement, due to stock paucity. In the rare event of our products being found defective, we will credit the refund to the original purchase mode. If the payment is made with a credit card, it will be refunded to that account. If the payment was made through debit card, it will be refunded to the same account. For credit card accounts, the time taken for refunds to reflect in respective accounts varies from bank to bank. However, will send an e-mail after processing a refund to your account. Please also note that refunds for orders placed under Cash on Delivery (CoD) basis will be executed only by 'cheque'. Such a refund cheque will be issued solely in the name of the account holder and mailed to his/her billing address and not to any other correspondence address.

Following products will not qualify for the 30 day return policy

  1. Itemsnot sent in its original box, without the original packaging, manuals and all items sent with the product at the time of delivery will not be eligible for a return.
  2. Itemskept with the customer for more than 7 days will not be eligible for a return.
  3. Itemssent back in a damaged box will not be eligible for a return
  4. Itemswith unreadable, omitted and altered serial number will not be eligible for return.
  5. Items that fall into consumer electronics category. like Televisions, Bluetooth Speakers , headphones, earphones, etc. Have a 7 days from date of receipt of the product to engage in return or refund action.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns and not limited to the ones mentioned below -

  1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame (10 days for consumer electronics)
  2. Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
  3. Defective products that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  4. Any consumable item that has been used or installed
  5. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  6. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
Please note all return charges will be borne by customers and NOT by with the exception only for defective, incorrectly shipped and damaged in transit products.
